自我介紹

    我是目前任職於台灣首府大學飯店管理學系的陳貞如老師。

授課專長：飯店顧客關係管理、人際關係溝通及休閒遊憩相關領域。

實務經驗：曾參與台糖長榮大飯店的研習及美國飯店業協會AH&LA講座，並取得CHDT、CGSP等證照，皆有助於教學與研究之自我提昇。

Self introduction of Dr. Chen,Chen-Ju

  Dr. Chen, Chen-Ju is currently teaching in the Department of Tourism Managment at Taiwan ShouFu University. Specialties of Dr. Chen,Chen-Ju include customer relationship management in hotel, interpersonal communication and leisure recreation. Dr. Chen,Chen-Ju has qualifications in AH&LA lectures of the American Hotel Association, CHDT and CGSP.
